Mr. Dhaval Kansara, learned advocate for
Mr. Premal Rachh, learned advocate for the
applicant submits that the amount was granted
to the accused as a hand loan. He submits
that prior to the legal notice, no police
complaint has been given and further, the
complaint thereafter was given under the
Money Lending Act which was not at all
necessary since both of them were known to
each other and therefore, there was hand loan
without charging any interest.
