Ms.K.B.Talaviya, learned advocate for Mr.Amit Joshi, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the applicant submits that the learned trial Court has erred in considering the fact that the cheque amount was issued towards loan account, therefore, certainly, it would be the principal amount with interest.
