1. Parole leave is prayed for by the applicant-accused to perform the marriage ceremony of his son.

2. The police was asked to verify the details and as per the report, the ceremony would start from 23.11.2022 and reception is fixed on 25.11.2022.

3. Jail remarks are placed on record, which shows that earlier, the applicant has surrendered timely before the learned Trial Court. Considering this fact, this

in favour of the applicant.

4.Hence, the application is partly allowed.
The applicant-accused is ordered to be
released on parole leave for a period of
7 (seven) days on usual terms and
conditions from 22.11.2022 i.e. from
22.11.2022 to 28.11.2022 upon furnishing
a personal bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees
Ten Thousand only) to the satisfaction of
the jail authority. The applicant-accused
shall surrender to the jail authorities
on 29.11.2022 before 5:00 p.m. without
fail.
