When the matters are taken up for hearing, learned advocate Mr. Dilip R. Bhatt appearing for the petitioner has requested that on account of efflux of time probably the grievance is ventilated, and as such, he seeks permission to withdraw the petitions, to which submission learned advocate Mr. Satyam Chhaya has no objection.
