When the matters are taken up for hearing, learned advocate Mr. Dilip R. Bhatt appearing for the petitioner has requested that on account of efflux of time probably the grievance is ventilated, and as such, he seeks permission to withdraw the petitions, to which submission learned advocate Mr. Satyam Chhaya has no objection. However learned advocate Mr. Bhatt has requested that liberty to revive may be kept open in case of difficulty.
In view of this, the present petitions stand disposed of as not pressed with aforesaid liberty.
