Heard Mr. Prakash Pandya, learned advocate for the petitioners and Mr. Krutik Parikh, learned AGP for the respondent-State.

Mr. Pandya has drawn the attention of this court to the order dated 21.2.2019 (page-61 to the petition) and submits that the case of similarly situated teachers is considered by the authorities. He submits that this petition may be disposed of by directing the respondent No.3 to consider and decide the representations preferred by the petitioners dated 26.11.2020, 20.11.2020, 26.11.2020, 26.11.2020 and 25.11.2020 along with the present petition with its annexures as additional representation in accordance with law within stipulated period. He submits that they will serve copy of the present petition along with its annexures on the respondent No.3.

In view of the above, respondent No.3 is directed to consider and decide the representations/applications of the petitioners dated 26.11.2020, 20.11.2020, 26.11.2020, 26.11.2020 and 25.11.2020
