Ishwarbhai S/O Valabhai Rabari Vs State of Gujarat

Mr.Kishore Prajapati, learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the question of measurement of the land is involved in the petitions. He further submits that the petitioners are ready and willing to get subject land measured by DLR at his own cost. He, therefore, submits that the petitions may be disposed of by directing the respondent No.3 to decide the representation dated 8.10.2020 preferred by the petitioners within reasonable time in accordance with law.

In view of the above, respondent No. 3 is directed to decide the representation dated 8.10.2020 preferred by the petitioners in accordance with law within 12 (twelve) weeks from the date of receipt of this order and after getting land measured at the cost of the petitioners.

It is clarified that this court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.

With the above direction, the petitions stand disposed of.
