Mr.Tejas Satta, learned advocate for the petitioners submits that without expressing any opinion on merits, present petition may be disposed of by directing the concerned respondent authorities to consider the representation preferred by the petitioners expeditiously within stipulated time frame, as per prevailing policy of the State Government.

In view of the above, present petition is disposed of by directing the concerned respondent authorities to consider the representation preferred by the petitioners expeditiously and preferably within period of three months from the date of receipt of present order in accordance with law and as per prevailing policy of the State Government and while considering the representation preferred by the petitioners the concerned respondent authorities shall also consider the aspect of delay.

It is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion on merits and the concerned respondent authorities shall decide the representation preferred by the petitioners without being influenced by this order.
