ORAL ORDER
[1] Heard learned advocates for the respective parties through video conferencing.
[2] On 13.08.2018, this Court had passed order in Criminal Misc. Application No.13589 of 2018 and issued direction which reads as under:
1. Mr. Chetan B. Raval, learned advocate appearing for the applicant, seeks permission to withdraw the present application. However, since the applicant is under trial prisoner, he requests that the trial may be expedited.
2. Permission, as prayed for, is granted. The present application stands disposed, of as withdrawn. Rule is discharged.
3. Since, the applicant is an under trial prisoner, for more than about six months, the trial Court is expected to make sincere endeavour for expeditious trial in due adherence to Section 309 of the Criminal Procedure Code, preferably within a period of one year from the date of receipt of this order.
[3] Learned advocate for the applicant submits that the matter has reached at the stage of recording further statement. In view of his submission, this Court deems it fit to direct the learned trial Court to record further statement and argument through video conferencing or

by any other mode and deliver the judgment within a period of two months from today.
