[1] By way of the present application, the applicant has filed the application under Articles 226, 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India as well as under the provisions of Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code for seeking direction to the concerned respondent authorities to decide the application/representation dated 22/24.06.2020 within time bound schedule.

[2] Rule. Learned APP waives service of notice of rule for and on behalf of respondent – State.

[3] Having heard learned advocates for the respective parties through video conferencing and having gone through the materials available on record, it appears that the application/representation is also tendered for the commission of murdered i.e. heinous offence and the certain information indicative of certain evidence is made, which requires to be attended forthwith. In that view of the matter, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the concerned Investigating Officer to decide the application/representation within a period of 15 days from the

receipt of the copy of this Order.

[4] With the above direction, the present application stands disposed of. Rule is made absolute to the aforesaid extent.
