Perused the record, including the statement
dated 7.4.2018 by the applicant before the jail
authority, which is to be taken on record.
However, neither such statement nor the jail
application gives any confidence to confirm that
there is genuine cause for the applicant so as to
release him on temporary bail, more particularly,
when trial against him u/ss.395, 397 and under
Arms Act is ongoing. When the applicant was
lastly released in the month of January, 2018, I
do not see any reason to grant temporary bail,
hence, the application is dismissed. Rule
discharged.
