1. The present contempt petition is filed alleging willful and deliberate violation of the order dated 13.08.2015, passed in WP(C) No. 2865/2010.
2. By the aforesaid order, this Court issued a direction to the respondents to pay the salaries to the petitioner from the month of September 2007 till the date of disposal of the writ petition within a period of four months.
3. Mr. S. M. T. Chistie, learned counsel for the respondents/ contemnors submits that after screening procedure, the petitioner along with other similarly situated persons was appointed as Assistant Teacher with prospective effect and the petitioner had also joined his service.
4. In such circumstance, a Division Bench in WA No. 35/2026, held that the petitioner cannot be granted past salaries.
5. Be that as it may, as none appears for the petitioner in the present petition, this contempt petition stands closed.
