This contempt petition has been filed alleging willful disobedience of the directions contained in the Judgment and order dated 10.06.2024 passed in W.P(C) No. 2601/2023. In terms of the said order, the following directions were issued:

During the pendency of the contempt petition, the counsel appearing for the sole respondent submits that by order dated 03.09.2026, the case of the petitioner has been considered and she has been appointed as a Post Graduate Teacher (Political Science) in the category of UR in Bikrampur Goloknath H.S School, District- Cachar. Copy of this order passed by the authorities is placed before the Court by the respondent authorities and the same is kept in the case record. A copy has also been supplied to the learned counsel for the petitioner.
In that view of the matter, since the directions contained in the judgment and order dated 10.06.2024 passed in W.P(C) No. 2601/2023 have been carried out, the contempt petition stands closed.
