Heard Mrs. A Bujarbaruah, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. S M T Chistie and Mr. U Sarma, learned counsel, appearing for the respondents.

2. The above noted contempt petitions have been instituted alleging violation of the directions passed by this Court vide the common order dated 20.03.2025, passed by this Court in WP(C) No. 6202/2024, WP(C) No. 6202/2024 and WP(C) No. 5931/2024.

3. Mr. Sarma, learned counsel for the respondents has placed on record the speaking orders passed by the Director of Secondary Education, Assam, in pursuance to the directions passed by this Court vide order dated 20.03.2025.

4. A perusal of the said speaking orders would go to reveal that the same has been so passed in accordance with the directions passed by this Court vide the said order dated 20.03.2025.

5. Accordingly, this Court finds the directions passed by this Court in the matter to have been complied with. No willful and/or deliberate violation of the directions is found. Accordingly, the above noted contempt petitions stand closed. Notices issued, stand recalled.

6. However, liberty is afforded to the petitioner to assail the speaking orders dated 23.03.2026 and 24.02.2026, if so advised.

7. Copies of the speaking orders dated 23.03.2026 and 24.02.2026 are kept on record and marked as ‘X’ and ‘X1’, respectively, for the purpose of identification.
