has been complied with. In this regard, Mr. S.M.T. Chistie has submitted Order No.E-441279/273 dated 20.08.2026 issued by the Director, Secondary Education, Assam.
Mr. A. Chaliha, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Finance Department submits that the above said order has been issued, after concurrence of the Finance Department had been obtained by the Secondary Education Department.
In view of the above, the contempt petition stands closed.
