Mr. S. Banik, learned Sr. Counsel for the petitioners assisted by Ms. M. Begum and Mr. N.J. Khataniar, learned counsel for the respondent submit that the order dated 01.08.2024 passed in WP(C) 400/2024 has been complied with vide order dated 21.08.2026 passed by the Commissioner & Secretary to the Government of Assam, Department of School Education, a copy of which has been submitted.
In view of the above, the contempt petition stands closed.
