Ralte, learned counsel for the petitioner, who submits that though notice upon the respondent is not complete till date, however, the respondent has complied with the Judgment & Order of this court in WP(C) No. 52/2022 dated 06.05.2024, by issuing the Office Order dated 31.07.2025 wherein the past service of the petitioners are allowed to be counted for the upgradation to the Senior Selection Grade in the Government High School.
In view of the above submission, the present contempt petition stands closed and disposed of.
