The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the respondent No. 5 in the connected FAO No. 3/2025 had died on 18.11.2010 and he is survived by his son Ngaihkhama Ralte.
The learned counsel submits that on the demise of respondent No. 5 i.e., R. Lalliana, he may be allowed to be substituted by his son Ngaihkhama Ralte in the connected FAO No. 3/2025.
The learned counsels for the respondents have not objected to the substitution of the deceased R. Lalliana by his son Ngaihkhama Ralte.
Accordingly, on considering the nature of the application made, this court finds it appropriate to allow the instant IA by allowing the substitution of Mr. R. Lalliana by his son, Ngaihkhama Ralte in the connected FAO No. 3/2025.
Accordingly, I.A.(Civil) No. 99/2025 stands allowed and disposed of.
