Mr. C. Bhattacharjee, learned counsel for the petitioner after arguing the matter at some length has submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the petition because certain inconsistency exists therein with regard to the relief claimed by the petitioner in the matter.
The said prayer is not objected by Mr. P. Das, learned standing counsel, Secondary Education Department.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed on withdrawn. However, liberty is granted to re-file, if so advised.
