Heard Ms. N. Anju, learned counsel for the applicant and Mr. S. Tapin, learned Senior Government Advocate, Arunachal Pradesh appearing for the respondents/opposite party nos. 1 and 2.

By filing this application, the applicant has prayed for amendment of the cause title in respect of the particulars of the address of the private respondent no. 4 in the connected Writ Appeal No. 32/2023.

The learned counsel for the respondents/opposite parties nos. 1 and 2 has raised no objection regarding amendment.

It appears that the particulars of the address of the private respondent no. 4 was given in the writ appeal aforesaid as “C/o- Secretary, APPSC, Arunachal Pradesh, Itanagar-791111’, which is not a correct address.

Considering above, we deem it appropriate to allow this application by allowing the applicant to amend the cause title in respect of the particulars of the address of the private respondent no. 4.

Accordingly, the applicant is allowed to amend the cause title in respect of particulars of the address of the respondent no. 4 as “C/o- The Director General of Police (DGP), Government of Arunachal Pradesh, Itanagar-791111.”
