It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the directions contained in the order dated 20.09.2016 passed in WP(C)/4126/2012 has been complied with. She, therefore, submits that the contempt petition may be closed.
Taking into record the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court does not wish to carry on the contempt proceedings any further.
Accordingly, the contempt petition stands closed.
