of Assam, Department of School Education, whereby, the representation dated 12.04.2024 and 13.05.2024 made by the petitioner was considered and the petitioner is re-posted as Block Elementary Education Officer (BEEO) at Lanka Education Block, District Hojai with immediate effect.
Considering the Notification dated 25.09.2024, issued by the Secretary to the Govt. of Assam, Department of School Education, this Court is of the considered opinion that substantial compliance has been made and accordingly, the contempt petition is closed.
The Notification dated 25.09.2024 is placed on record.
