Mochahary, learned standing counsel, Secondary Education Department has furnished an order dated 30.04.2024, issued by the Director of Secondary Education, Assam, whereby, the petitioner has been temporarily allowed to act as Headmaster-in-Charge of Balijan Girls’ High School, district Sonitpur.
Mr. B. Purkayastha, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as the petitioner has been allowed to act as Headmaster-in-Charge of the Balijan Girls’ High School, the writ petition may be closed.
Accordingly, the writ petition is closed.
The order dated 30.04.2024 is placed on record.
