By this application, the applicant, who is the writ petitioner in WP(C) No. 4038/2024, is praying for impleadment of the District Level Committee for compassionate appointment to be represented by Chairman-cum-Deputy Commissioner, Dhubri -783301 as party respondent No. 5 in WP(C) No. 4038/2024.
Mr. A. Phukan, learned standing counsel, Elementary Education Department, has no objection.
This Court has also perused the cause shown in the present application and is satisfied.
Accordingly, prayer for impleadment is allowed.
