This contempt petition is being filed by the petitioner complaining that the order passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court on 10.09.2018 in WP(C) No.1169/2011 and the order passed by the Division Bench in WA No.12409/2019 (Filing Number), decided on 17.05.2022 have not been complied with.
Mr. D.P. Borah, learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.2 has submitted that pursuant to the above referred orders passed by this Court, the petitioner is provided appointment on Grade IV (MTS) post vide order dated 08.04.2024. It is submitted that with the issuance of the appointment order to the petitioner, the orders passed by this Court have been duly complied with.
Mr. S. Banik, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has also submitted that since the appointment order has been issued to the petitioner pursuant to the orders passed by this Court, the respondents have complied with the directions given by this Court.
In view of the above submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the parties, this contempt petition is disposed of.
