The matter comes up for consideration of IA(Civil) No.3896/2023 filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, 1963 with the prayer for condonation of delay of 283 days in filing the connected writ appeal.

Learned Senior Government Advocate appearing for the applicants submitted that this Court in identical writ appeals has already condoned the delay and has also been pleased to admit the appeals preferred by the State.

Learned counsel for the respondent No.1 is not in position to dispute the said fact.

In such circumstances, the delay of 283 days in filing the connected writ appeal is condoned.
