Heard Mr. Victor L. Ralte, learned counsel for the petitioners, who submits that the instant contempt petition is arising out of WP(C) No. 15 of 2021 which was appealed against by the respondents in the Division Bench registered as WA No. 40/2021. The Division Bench vide its order dated 11.12.2023 had allowed the appeal, against which, the instant petitioners had approached the Hon’be Apex Court, which was again dismissed vide the Order dated 30.08.2024

The learned counsel submits that for the aforesaid reasons, the instant contempt petition has become infructuous.
Having considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Court finding that the instant contempt petition has become infructuous accordingly the Cont.Cas(C) No. 10/2021 is closed and thus stands disposed of.
