Heard Mr. J.U. Ahmed, learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner.

By filing this application, the petitioner prays for impleadment of one Mr. Mohidul Islam as party respondent No.6 in the connected writ petition WP(C) 8448/2019.

The petitioner challenged the selection process for appointment in the post of Grade-IV (unreserved) at Fakiragram College, Kokrajhar pursuant to the advertisement dated 29.10.2018. According to the applicant, the authority did not publish the selection list. During the pendency of the connected writ petition, the petitioner came to know that one Mohidul Islam has been selected in the said post. Accordingly, he prays for impleadment of Mohidul Islam in the above referred connected writ petition.

Considering that Mr. Mohidul Islam is a selected candidate and a necessary party, the applicant is permitted to implead the said Mohidul Islam as respondent No.6 in the connected writ petition.
