The learned counsel for the applicant has also drawn the attention of this Court to the representation submitted on 29.04.2024 to the present incumbent.

After considering the matter, the instant application is allowed by permitting impleadment of Shri Chinmoy Prakash Phookan, ACS, Managing Director, Assam State Transport Corporation having his office at Paltanbazar, Guwahati-781 008, Dist-Kamrup (Metro), Assam, the present incumbent holding the post of Managing Director, Assam State Transport Corporation as the respondent no. 3 in the connected writ petition.
