Heard Shri S.C. Pandit, learned counsel for the applicants, who by means of this application has prayed for amending the cause title so far as the description of the respondent no. 1 is concerned.

It is submitted that while describing the respondent no.1, name of the two other Departments were mentioned as the Commissioner and Secretary to the Government of Assam, Skill, Employment & Entrepreneurship Department, Industries & Commerce, Public Enterprises, Act East Policy Affairs and Transport

Department, Dispur, Guwahati, Assam, Pin 781006. However, it is clarified that it is only the Department of Employment & Entrepreneurship which is the relevant Department and accordingly the amendment has been sought for.

After hearing, the instant I.A. is allowed and the respondent no.1 be described as the State of Assam, represented by Commissioner and Secretary to the Govt. of Assam, Skill, Employment & Entrepreneurship Department.
