Heard Mr. A Das, learned counsel for the applicant, who submits that by filing this application, the applicant seeks impleadment of Taslima Bibi, W/o Isahaque Ali and Nur Ali, S/o Liakot Ali as respondent Nos. 9 & 10 in the connected writ petition. The learned counsel submits that impleadment of the said persons is necessary since they were instrumental in the appointment of respondent No. 8 for the post of Peon-cum-Chokidar, which otherwise has been challenged by the applicant in the writ petition.
The learned counsel for the opposite parties submits that they have no objection if impleadment application is allowed.
In view of above, the application for impleadment as prayed for by the applicant is hereby allowed.
