applicant, by filing this application seeks impleadment of Sh. K S Gopinath

Narayan, Principal Accountant General (A&E), Assam, Maidamgaon, Beltola, Guwahati, Assam-781029 as respondent No. 5 since he is the new incumbent holding the said post.
The learned counsel submits that impleadment of the said person is required for the effective compliance of the Court’s direction.
In view of above, the application for impleadment of Sh. K S Gopinath Narayan, Principal Accountant General (A&E), Assam, Maidamgaon, Beltola, Guwahati, Assam-781029 as respondent No. 5 is hereby allowed.
