Heard Mr. M. Talukdar, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as Mr. J. Payeng, learned standing counsel for the respondent no.5.
Upon instructions, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the meanwhile the service of the petitioner has been regularized as Assistant Teacher and is presently serving at Majuli and accordingly he submits that as the petitioner has got his requisite relief, the matter has become infructuous.
Accordingly, this matter stands closed on having been rendered infructuous.
