Heard Shri R. Sarmah, learned counsel for the petitioner.
Shri Mahanta, the learned counsel for the respondent no. 3 has submitted that an affidavit has been filed and the amount due to the petitioner has been released after statutory deduction. The aforesaid submission has been endorsed by Shri R. Sarmah, the learned counsel.
In view of the said development which has been put on record by way of an affidavit, this Court is of the opinion that there is no live cause of action to be adjudicated.
Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed.
