Heard Mr. J. Karbak, learned counsel for the applicant.

This is an application, for substitution of the petitioner, namely, Late Jaro Chege, in WP(C) No. 262/(AP)2020, who is stated to have passed away on 31.10.2022, by the applicant, namely, Shri Joseph Chege, son of the late petitioner in WP(C)No. 262/(AP)2020.

A Death certificate indicating that the petitioner in WP(C) No. 262/(AP)2020, Late Jaro Chege had died on 31.10.2022, has been annexed as ‘Annexure-1’ in the interlocutory application filed.

In view of the above, this application for substitution of the petitioner by his legal representative, Shri Joseph Chege, son of the petitioner, in WP(C)No. 262/ (AP)2020 is hereby allowed.

¶27

Registry is directed to make the necessary correction in the Cause-title of the writ petition.

The interlocutory application stands disposed of.
