Ms. Tinlung, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Mr. R. Dhar, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that I.A. (Civil) No.739/2023 needs to be withdrawn in view of the corrections of certain defects in the application. She, however, prays that liberty be granted to file afresh.
Prayer is allowed.
Interlocutory Application is dismissed on withdrawal, however, liberty is granted to the petitioner to file a fresh application.
