Heard Mr. M. Bharali, learned counsel appears on behalf of Mr. N. Borah, learned counsel for the applicant.
This Interlocutory Application has been filed for impleadment of opposite party No. 1 as a party respondent in Cont.Cas(C)/220/2022.
No objections have been raised by the learned counsel for the respondent.
Accordingly, having heard the learned counsels for the parties and upon perusal of the pleadings on record, this Interlocutory Application is allowed permitting the Opposite Party No. 1 namely, Sri Jayant Narlikar, I.A.S., Commissioner and Secretary to the Govt. of Assam, Finance Department, Dispur, Guwahati to be impleaded in contempt petition being Cont.Cas(C)/220/2022 as respondent No. 4.
Registry is to incorporate the necessary particulars in the Cause Title of the contempt petition being Cont.Cas(C)/220/2022 in terms of the order passed today arraying the opposite party No.4 and list the case thereafter.
