Heard Mr. J.U.N.M. Laskar, learned counsel for the applicant.
This I.A. has been filed with a prayer to implead the OP Nos. 1 and 2 as respondents in the connected contempt case.
Mr. Laskar submits that the OP Nos. 1 and 2 are responsible for implementation of the Court’s order. However, since the demand for compliance of the order of the Court made by submitting representations dated 24-12-2020 sent to both the opposite parties have not evoked any response, this I.A. has been filed.
Having heard the submissions of learned counsel for the applicant and in view of the projection made in the I.A., the prayer made in the application stands allowed.
The opposite party Nos. 1 and 2 are hereby impleaded as respondent Nos. 4 and 5 in the connected contempt case.
Registry to make necessary endorsement in the cause title of the contempt case and list the matter for order(s).
I.A. stands disposed of.
