This I.A. has been filed with a prayer to implead the Director of Central Forensic Science Laboratory (CFSL), Lodhi Road, New Delhi- 10003 as respondent No. 6 in the connected writ petition.
I have perused the grounds stated in the I.A. justifying the prayer for impleadment. Mr. Roy submits that he does not have any instruction to oppos the prayer.
In view of the above and considering the facts and circumstances under which the I.A. has been filed, I deem it appropriate to allow the prayer made in the I.A.
As such, it is hereby provided that the Director, CFSL be impleaded as respondent No. 6 in the connected writ petition.
