Heard Mr. S. K. Das, learned counsel for the petitioner. Mr. A. Alam, learned counsel appears on behalf of Mr. S.P.Das, learned counsel for the respondent No.1 and Mr. K. K. Parasar, learned counsel for Opposite party No. 2.

This I.A has been filed for impleading opposite party No. 3 as Respondent No.3 in the connected Contempt petition.

It is projected that by a notice dated 8.4.2023 the new incumbent to the office of the Secretary to the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, Govt. of India was put to notice to comply with the order of this Court, which has not been done till date.

Accordingly the opposite party No.3 is allowed to be impleaded as respondent No.3 in the connected Contempt petition.
