Heard Mr. S.N. Tamuli, learned counsel for the petitioner, who submits that this bail application has become infructuous as it was filed only with a limited prayer for allowing the petitioner to go on interim bail which was earlier allowed by this Court, on 16.10.2023.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that in the meanwhile, the petitioner has filed a regular bail application before this Court and the same may not be considered during the pendency of the instant bail application.
Hence, he prays for disposing of the instant bail application. Also heard Ms. N. Deka, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Mr. S.C. Keyal, learned Standing Counsel, NCB.
Considering the submissions of learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the fact that this bail application has become infructuous, this instant bail application is disposed of on becoming infructuous.
As this bail application has been disposed of, now there would be no bar in listing the subsequent bail application filed by the present petitioner.
