Heard Mr. S. Das, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. R. J. Baruah, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State respondent who submits that though the case diary was called for, however, in the meanwhile charge-sheet has been laid bearing charge-sheet no. 295/2023 dated 31.10.2023.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that by order dated 27.09.2023, the petitioner was allowed to go on interim anticipatory bail by this Court and in pursuant to the directions of this Court, the petitioner has appeared before the Investigating Officer and has co-operated in the investigation.
In view of laying of charge-sheet and in view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the interim anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner, namely, Mozahidul Islam vide order dated 27.09.2023 is hereby made absolute with condition Nos. 1 and 2 attached to the said order remaining intact.
With the above observations, this anticipatory bail application is disposed of.
