By this application under Section 439 CrPC the petitioner, namely, Ratul Debnath is seeking bail in Tangla P.S. Case No.39/2023 registered under Sections

380/454/411/34 IPC corresponding to G.R. No. 588/2023, wherein, he was arrested on 24.05.2023 and since then, he is in custody.
During the deliberation of the matter, Mr. M. P. Goswami, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam submitted that police after investigation of said Tangla P.S. Case No.39/2023 has already submitted the charge-sheet on 31.05.2023 vide chargesheet No.36/2023.
In view of the above, the petitioner may approach the appropriate Court for his regular bail in said Tangla P.S. Case No.39/2023, noted above.
With the above observation and direction, this bail application of the petitioner, stands disposed of.
