By this application under Section 439 CrPC the petitioner, namely, Sri Bablu Das is seeking bail in Lanka P.S. Case No.277/2023 registered under Sections

120(B)/109/379/511 IPC corresponding to G.R. No. 968/2023, wherein, he was arrested on 08.05.2023 and since then, he is in custody.
During the deliberation of the matter, Mr. M. P. Goswami, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam submitted that police after investigation of said Lanka P.S. Case No.277/2023 has already submitted the charge-sheet on 09.06.2023 vide charge-sheet No.219/2023.
In view of the above, the petitioner may approach the appropriate Court for his regular bail in said Lanka P.S. Case No.277/2023, noted above.
With the above observation and direction, this bail application of the petitioner, stands disposed of.
