By this application under Section 439 CrPC the petitioner, namely, Imran Ali @ Laden is seeking bail in Hajo P.S. Case No.1993/2021 registered under

Sections 120(B)/364/302/201 IPC, wherein, he was arrested on 16.03.2023 and since then, he is in custody.
During the deliberation of the matter, Mr. M. P. Goswami, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam submitted that police after investigation of said Hajo P.S. Case No.1993/2021 has already submitted the charge-sheet on 26.03.2023 vide charge-sheet No.69/2023.
In view of the above, the petitioner may approach the appropriate Court for his regular bail in said Hajo P.S. Case No.1993/2021, noted above.
With the above observation and direction, this bail application of the petitioner, stands disposed of.
