By this application under Section 438 CrPC, the petitioner, namely, Sri Anuj Singh, apprehending his arrest is seeking pre-arrest bail in Bhangagarh P.S. Case No.347/2022 registered

under Sections 420/406 IPC corresponding to G.R. No. 9373/2022.
The petitioner is on interim bail in said Bhangagarh P.S. Case No.347/2022 pursuant to the order passed earlier on 27.04.2023.
During the deliberation of the matter, Mr. M. P. Goswami, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam, submitted that police after completion of investigation of said Bhangagarh P.S. Case No.347/2022 submitted the charge-sheet on 26.05.2023 vide charge-sheet No.73/2023.
In view of the above, the petitioner shall approach the appropriate Court for his regular bail in said Bhangagarh P.S. Case No.347/2022 on or before 26.06.2023 .
Till then (i.e., 26.06.2023 ) the petitioner shall remain on interim bail granted to him earlier on 27.04.2023 in said Bhangagarh P.S. Case No.347/2022.
With the above observation and direction, this pre-arrest bail application stands disposed of.
