Ms. L. Hage, learned Addl. PP submits that against the FIR submitted by the petitioner, Itanagar P.S. Case No. 276/2022 under Section 468/471 IPC, dated 08.11.2022 has been registered and the matter has been endorsed to Inspector T. Tasso for investigation.
Mr. C. Modi, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that one of the prayer of the petitioner being registration of the FIR and in view of the registration of the case, the petitioner would not like to press the matter. He further submits that the petitioner would also not like to press to the other prayers made in the writ petition.
Considering the above submission, this writ petition stands closed as not pressed. The presence of Mr. T. T. Tara, learned counsel for respondent No. 4; Ms. R. Basar, learned counsel for respondent No. 1 as well as Ms. L. Hage, learned Addl. PP representing respondent No. 2 & 3 are also put on record.
