Heard Mr. B C Mushahary, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. A Roy, learned Standing counsel, P&RD Department for the respondent No. 1. Also heard Mr. B Choudhury, learned Standing counsel, PWD as well as BTC for the respondent Nos. 2 and 3 to 6 respectively.
The respondent authorities in the P&RD Department have issued a completion certificate stating that the petitioner has already completed the work of “Improvement of village road with earth filling and sand gravelling and both side repairing of canal from Delaidri house to Eken house” under SOPD fund for the year 2017-2018 (Annexure-12 to this writ petition).

It is stated by the petitioner that an admitted amount of Rs.9,90,000/- is payable to him for completion of the aforesaid construction work. In spite of his best effort, the respondent authorities did not pay him the said admitted amount. Hence, this writ petition.
Learned counsels for the parties submitted at the bar that this case is covered by the order dated 17.12.2021 passed by this Court in WP(C) No. 6482/2021.
In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of the order dated 17.12.2021 passed in WP(C) No. 6482/2021.
