a copy of minutes of the State Level Committee meeting for appointment on compassionate ground held on 15.02.2022 in the office chamber of the Chief Secretary to the Govt. of Assam, by which the name of the petitioner has been recommended for appointment on compassionate ground in the post of Junior Assistant (Grade-III) and the name appears at sl. No. 5 of the said list. The copy of the said minutes is retained on record.
The learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the said position. Accordingly, as the order in reference has been complied with, this contempt petitioner stands closed.
