None appears on call for the petitioner. However, Ms. M. Das, learned counsel for the respondent no.4 and Mr. J.K. Goswami, learned Additional Senior Govt. Advocate for the respondent no.2 are present.
The records reveal that the petitioner was absent when the matter was previously listed on 10.11.2021 and 29.04.2022. Moreover, on 29.04.2022 one last chance was granted to the petitioner to proceed with the said case.
Accordingly, it appears that the petitioner is not interested to pursue this writ petition.
Hence, this writ petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
